Llafranc Spain

Llafranc is one of three coastal towns that form part of the municipality of Palafrugell, in Girona. Llafranc is a small seaside town that began life as a fishing village. Today it’s a holiday destination, but it hasn’t lost the charm of its traditional roots. You can follow a route along the old paths that link Llafranc with the inland areas, as well as the caminos de ronda, circular coastal paths once used by smugglers and customs officers. It makes for a lovely outing, full of surprises, beautiful views, unspoilt coves, calm beaches, enjoyable but safe paths, and fresh springs – in short, a really lively and varied walk.
