Payment Terms

• A 15% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure all arrangements.

• A 70% payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.

• The final 15% balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date.

• For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

• Payments can be made via international bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before tour start date: 15% cancellation fee (equivalent to the deposit).

• Between 59 and 30 days before tour start date: 70% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• Within 30 days of the tour start date or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

• No refunds will be given for unused services, including transfers, accommodation, meals, or excursions once the tour has commenced.

• All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by the tour operator to be valid.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
